Environment and Transport
The Theme Champion - David Brown- , Burnley.
The Environment and Transport Subgroup advises the Burnley Action Partnership on
issues and activities and provides a framework for creating improved linkages and
better integration between agencies in the borough.
The type of issues and activities include, promoting of public transport improvement,
quality of the built environment, cycle ways and footpaths, waterways, environmental responsibilities of businesses, litter, trade waste, fly tipping etc.
